Typical Day Event
A pre-event meeting with the organiser to discuss the day’s programme, participant profiles, and any specific team objectives.
09:30 – Welcome on Board
Meet at the marina
Introduction to the skipper
Stow personal items below deck
Safety briefing and boat familiarisation
Task assignments (rotated throughout the day)
10:00 – Set Sail
Depart the marina and begin sailing under the guidance of the skipper. All crew members participate in manoeuvres, sail trimming, and teamwork-based activities.
12:30 – Anchor & Lunch
Drop anchor at a scenic bay or destination. Enjoy lunch on board, socialise over drinks, and take part in fun water-based group activities.
15:00 – Afternoon Sail
Set sail once more and return to the marina, continuing onboard tasks and collaboration.
17:30 – Debrief & Departure
Final debriefing and feedback session. Guests are free to depart at their leisure.
